Yes, it is a Premier NHLPA jersey, but what the company does is buy the blank jerseys and then charge the customer quite a bit more money to put “stickers” on it with the numbers. When I received the jersey these stickers were already pealing off. This is not professional lettering, and for twenty dollars more I would certainly suggest buying the real jersey with the embroidered letters.
